2066. England has changed. Everyone falls under the judgement of The Rulers. Sixteen-year-old Si has escaped from The Bastille. The last thing he expects to run into is a girl, threatening him with a knife. Her name is Chas, and, when her village is massacred, she is forced to flee with Si, despite blaming him for the deaths of her friends.
